RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 10 business days after the item has been received. Please follow the return/exchange instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Please note that all markdown merchandise is Final Sale, no exchanges, no returns, no exceptions.

All Acessories (Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Hats, Scarves, Haircare, Handbags, Bathing Suits, Apothecary) are not eligible for refund. A web/store credit only will be issued upon return of these items.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in. Please call if you have any questions at 949-502-7774.
  2. Please download this Return Authorization Form, and make sure it is filled out completely , and include it with your return.
  3. Foreus Collection Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges which occur from a return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. However, we will give a full refund on a credit card for the amount of the item purchased.
  4. All products must be unused and undamaged, and with all tags and accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  5. ALL items that are special ordered for a customer are non refundable. A web/store credit will be issued.
  6. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to: foreuscollection.com Returns 2710 Alton Pkwy #105, Irvine, CA 92606
  7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  8. Customers can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if the item is returned within 10 business days after the item has been received. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a web/store credit or may be denied. ONCE FOREUSCOLLECTION.COM RECEIVES THE RETURNED ITEM,WE WILL ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE REFUND OR CREDIT, AND THEN SEND YOU A COPY OF THE RECEIPT VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE.

Return Rules and Restrictions

  1. Returns must be made within 10 business days after the item has been received to receive a refund of payment.
  2. When shipping a return, you must include a copy of the receipt. Be certain to save copies for your records.
  3. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
  4. Sale items are non-returnable, no exceptions.
  5. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
  6. In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Care department at 949-502-7774.
  7. Customers can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if the item is returned within 10 business days after the item has been received. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a web/store credit or may be denied.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/23-12/24. All orders place within this timeframe can be returned before 1/15. Returns are accepted only on unworn merchandise in all original packaging and with tags. All sale items purchased during the holiday time period (11/23-12/24) are NOT eligible for refund. Sale items are non-returnable, no exceptions.

INSTORE RETURNS

We will accept returns of merchandise bought online to any of our Foreus Collection Store Locations. You can drop off the item(s) to any of the aforementioned stores. They will transfer the item(s) to our website headquarters, at which point we will issue you a refund and mail the receipt to you. The store cannot issue you a refund at the time of drop-off. This process will take no more than 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING NOTE

Standard Shipping and Handling

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States.

Express Shipping and Handling

  1. Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
  2. Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
  3. Express delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.
  4. Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Next Business Day Shipping and Handling

  1. Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
  2. Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
  3. Next Business Day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.

  1. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and/or FedEx.

Price: Charges start at $30.00 and increase depending on country shipping to.

Canada, China, France, France, Metropolitan, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom shipping charges start at $30.00 for Fedex or USPS.

In order for us to process your order you must fax or email a copy of your passport and the front and back of your credit card (we suggest blacking out all numbers except for the last 4 digits on the credit card) to international@foreuscollection.com; be sure to include your order number on all documents. Once we receive these items we will be able to process your order. If we do not receive this information within 72 hours your order will be cancelled. Once you are a verified customer you will not need to send us the information again.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from foreuscollection.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from foreuscollection.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to foreuscollection.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

International Shipping

foreuscollection.com ships worldwide. International shipping charges are automatically calculated upon checkout by Fedex or USPS. Fedex and USPS bases the cost on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process.
